I am always happy to see that there is more and more media coverage about the vital importance of this most underrated of functions. Changing the way you breath really is one of the greatest steps you can take towards better physical and emotional health.
Nothing is more sensitive to the way we feel than our breathing, but many people don’t notice when they are breathing shallowly or holding their breath. This is simply a bad habit brought on by stress, overwork, tiredness and modern living, but you can learn to breath properly again just like you can be taught to change your posture.
