The rollercoaster of early parenthood

The first few weeks of parenthood can be full of highs and lows, both physical and emotional, especially if this is your first baby.

Your body is still recovering from a substantial physical trauma, while you are coping with the demands of your little one. Nutrition, herbal medicine and acupuncture can all be of substantial help during this time. For example, helping to:
