How did this develop?
By repeating the same motion (the golf swing) over and over during practice, there can be significant stress placed on parts of the body and the inside of the elbow is definitely one of these areas if the golf swing is not bio-mechanically correct.
It is an inflammation of the tendons that attach at the inside of the elbow and can also affect the muscles of the forearm.
How can you help?
We will use therapies that are tried and tested for helping soft tissue injuries heal:
Can you help my golf swing…and lower my scores?!
