The Sleep Programme

We have developed this programme to help both people with chronic sleep problems or if you are having a sudden issue due to a recent stress or event. We go through a Discovery Consultation and then devise a personalised programme that will typically incorporate elements such as:

  • Sleep hygiene
  • Creating a Sleep Ritual
  • Acupuncture and massage for relaxation
  • Herbal medicine for insomnia
  • Looking at lifestyle factors including work, exercise, diet and stress
