I mostly see patients as part of a programme and who have agreed to see me for a specific number of sessions with a particular goal in mind. This is a two-way commitment by both of us to achieving these goals. People also come to see me seasonally or as needed for maintenance and support.


The Discovery Consultation

This is where we meet for the first time to discover and understand what it is you want me to help you achieve. You may already have a clear idea of what it is that ails you, or perhaps there is simply a feeling of discontent and unhappiness with particular symptoms or a diagnosis that you may have.

My job is to fully understand what is going on for you and to suggest a course of action that will move you in the direction of wellbeing and contentedness.

Following your Discovery Consultation you will get a written report of my findings and conclusions regarding how improvements can be made and exactly what you need to do next.

The Healing Journey Programme [£975]

This is the work I am most proud of. A series of six one-hour sessions with ongoing mentoring, the Healing Journey Programme is a 360 degree look at who you are, where you are in your life and what needs to happen for you to realise your full potential. The programme consists of:

  • The Discovery Consultation
  • The Health Code Session
  • The Food & Eating Session
  • The Breath Session
  • The Lifestyle Review
  • The Mindfulness Meditation Session
  • Witnessing [Mentoring, Review]

Throughout the Healing Journey Programme you will also be able to book in for any treatments or therapies that you need to support you through your healing process, either with me or specialist I have referred you to.

The Lifestyle Review Consultation

We go through all the factors that are vital in influencing your health, including diet, sleep hygiene, breathing, stress management and exercise. Following this consultation you will get a report of my findings and conclusions regarding how improvements can be made. The Lifestyle Review Consultation is useful in itself and is a prerequisite of the Core Four Programme.


What do you need to do now?:

The Core Four Programme

This can be undertaken following a Lifestyle Review Consultation and aims to optimise the four things that are essential to your health and wellbeing. This is like a foundation course for health and longevity, covering the four essentials:

  1. Restorative sleep and rest
  2. Nourishing food and eating
  3. The right movement and exercise
  4. Breathing and stress handling


The format is a total of twelve sessions with three sessions devoted to each of the four essential.

  1. Sleep – cycles and waves, proper balance, sleep hygiene
  2. Eating & digestion – core anti-inflammatory diet, promoting natural bowel movements, proper chewing and eating habits, the right diet for you
  3. Movement – biomechanics, gait and proprioception, fascia and scars
  4. Breath of life – awareness of breathing, facilitating natural respiration to create cardiac coherence (heart rate variability, HRV)


This programme will involve three elements:

  • Stuff we do for you or teach you about
  • Stuff you do for yourself
  • Stuff you take


What do you need to do now?:

The Food for Life Programme

  • The Discovery Consultation
  • Truth and Reconciliation – dietary analysis
  • Testing Time – looking at genotypes, metabolism, nutritional status, detoxification capacity, intolerances and sensitivity
  • Cook Off – checking your kitchen and knife skills, coaching and mentoring, kitchen and cupboard review, menu creation and practical support

The Deep Core Relaxation Programme

Relaxation of the Three Masters – this programme is the culmination of my lifetime of experience of study and practice, in particular with three recognised high meditation masters.

This special programme uses a combination of a five proven mind and body relaxation tools. When repeated for the course of the programme, you have the opportunity to re-wire the way your brain and body respond to stimulus and stressful information. Deep Core Relaxation induces the biophysiological state known as homeostasis, which is the only condition under which cellular healing can occur.


During each session you will experience:

  • The Mind Relax Tea
  • Spirit Calming Acupuncture or Acupressure
  • Thermal application to induce a relaxation response
  • Binural Gamma-Theta Wave sound to create brain tranquility
  • Guided progressive relaxation and biofeedback

We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the end of each session to whisk you home in comfort in a state of heightened wellbeing and content.
